To me, nothing says springtime quite like fresh berries.  I realize that blackberries and blueberries are more of a summer thing, but the imagery of mixed berries is all spring to me.  If I had been a spring bride, you better believe there would've been a wedding cake piled high with all sorts of luscious fruits.  I can't wait to whip up some of these delicious-looking recipes over the next few months.  Which one looks best to you?
