her serene highness

i feel it's a bit cliche to say it, but grace kelly is really and truly my be all-end all style icon.  i know a lot of gals prefer audrey, and no offense to that gorgeous gamine {i'll always have a soft spot for funny face and breakfast at tiffany's}, but nothing makes me happier than princess grace.

i spent part of my tres fab easter sunday at home watching high society with the parentals.  grace kelly, bing crosby, frank sinatra.  major swoon.  the only movie by her serene highness that tops high society is to catch a thief.  cary grant, major bling, the french riviera.  le sigh.  a movie i will NEVER tire of.  so i thought i'd visit some of my favorite scenes and images provided by the often imitated, never duplicated, completely divine grace kelly.

le sigh.  couldn't you just die? absolute perfection.

happy friday, lambs!

she was wonderful. I adored her! Not to sound morbid, but I've driven past the site of her car crash in Monaco. She passed away too soon!

I'm the same way. Audrey might be the most popular, but Grace has always been my ideal. Loved the pics. The laughing by the ocean was a new one for me!
